Frida

Frida arrived at Mdzananda as a stray puppy. She had been run over by a car and her entire hind leg was mangled. Being beyond repair, her little leg was amputated by Dr Brian and Dr Friedl. If you have met our two doctors you would know that they sometimes can't help themselves and fall in love with patients. Frida was one of them. After some recovery time at Mdzananda, Frida went home with our doctors for extra care. Here she was nursed through her operation recovery as well as through the horrid Parvo virus. It must have been the extra special attention that helped her recover so well. Once fully recovered she was adopted by one of Dr Brian's friends. Today, two months later, this three legged pup is nearly fully grown and a bundle of happiness.
